Hi everyone! My name is Ed. I am 70 years old and I would like to share my experience with my realtors Cynthia and Josephine. I received a phone call from Cynthia about selling my home and how much my home might be worth. I agreed to have them come and give me an estimate on my house. I was shocked by what the ladies had presented me. I told them that the day that I was going to check out the company that blares out “ CASH OFFER”, No taxes, No Documents, No Commission, No Escrow, No Processing, No Repairs. The offer from he cash company was $550,000. I received a follow up call from Cynthia and Josephine. I asked them to come and lay out their plan to sell my home. There was flyers, flags, beautiful sign with a nice picture of Cynthia on it. They also planned a weekend of open houses, over 40 families came by and over 6,000 people went online to view my home.
